Questions
Do I need an app?
No. The card opens a normal web page in the phone's browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Does the phone need internet?
Yes. The card holds only a link; the video is streamed from the web. Without a connection the page will not load. Try again on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
How long can the video be, and in what format?
Up to 5 minutes and 1 GB per video at launch (these limits may change). MP4 is the safest choice; MOV from an iPhone and WebM are also accepted. Landscape and portrait videos both work.
